Join an esteemed team located in the heart of Newmarket Currently seeking a dedicated Bookkeeper to become an integral part of their company on a permanent basis.
In this role, you'll report directly to the Managing Director and be responsible for a variety of essential tasks, including:
• Managing accounts payable and ensuring prompt payment of invoices.
• Reconciling bank statements and credit card transactions.
• Generating financial reports.
• Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Assisting with year-end audits and tax preparation.
• Providing valuable assistance to the finance team as required.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and will have proficiency in using software's such as Xero & Sage. Having a good understanding of accounting principles and a great attention to detail as well as good Excel skills would be highly desirable.
