The Company:
My client is one of the UK's leading new build developers who have a fairly new region which covers the Norfolk patch My client is seeking a Sales Manager to be responsible for multiple sites and drive sales across 3/4 developments.
The role will be split across working in the office and out on site - the sales manager runs their own diary.
The Role:
Responsible for recruiting into your team, directly managing sales staff to maximise sales across your developments - supporting with marketing strategies, launching new developmnets - Reporting into the sales & marketing director with reports
Rewards & Benefits:
• £50,000 Basic Salary, Car Allowance 7k + 33k in commission = 90k Package
• Monday - Friday - with weekend work on a rota
