Senior Performance Marketing Manager DTC Pet Care £50k–£60k + performance bonus London | Hybrid 2 days or Remote (UK, with monthly travel to the office) We’re working with a high-performing D2C scale-up with a global footprint in small pet care. With a bootstrapped model and agile culture, they’re powered by sharp thinking, fast execution, and a clear mission. Now expanding into new international markets, they’re hiring a results-driven marketer to lead tactical campaign success and boost profitable growth across paid channels. The Senior Performance Marketing Manager will run key acquisition campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok, working alongside the CEO, CRM, and design teams to hit and exceed growth targets.
