Your Role:
Strategic Vision:
Develop and refine our talent acquisition strategy, crafting innovative initiatives and robust processes to elevate our global talent acquisition team to new heights.
Candidate Experience Champion:
Ensure a seamless and positive candidate journey from recruitment to onboarding, enhancing our employer brand and attracting top tier talent.

Collaborate closely with operational stakeholders to understand business objectives and tailor our talent acquisition efforts accordingly, driving us closer to our goals.
Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and inspire our team of Talent Acquisition Specialists, fostering their growth and development while ensuring high performance and quality work.
Data-Driven Excellence:
Analyse key metrics and trends to continuously improve our recruitment processes, identifying areas for enhancement and driving impactful change.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Proactively engage with stakeholders across the business, staying informed about hiring needs and business performance to better support our talent acquisition efforts.
Reporting Rockstar:
Provide regular reports on KPIs, projects, and deliverables, keeping key stakeholders in the loop and informed about our progress.

Develop and refine Standard Operating Procedures to streamline our processes and share best practices with our global teams.
Innovative Sourcing:
Utilize all available resources to proactively source candidates, identifying new and financially feasible sources to expand our talent pool.
