We are looking for confident individuals to work for our client based in Coulsdon in a busy customer service team.
This role will see you speaking to people who are in need of assistance or guidance and acting quickly to help them.
Monday to Friday, Paying £20,000 to £25,000
Duties will include:
Liaising closely with customers via telephone.
Updating the system and records for each customer.
Budling strong relationships with both customers and third parties to ensure a positive outcome for all
Working closely with team members to ensure overall team success.Ideal candidate will:
Previous experience within a call centre/customer service position
Have great interpersonal skills, and be able to build strong long-lasting relationships
Have a positive and enthusiastic approach to work
Keen on self-development with the willingness and want to learn
