The Package
  • Up to £23,500 basic salary per annum + up to £28,000 OTE
  • Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:00
  • Hybrid working available - ideally at least 2 days in the office and 3 from home.

The Sales Progressor Role
  • The realistic caseload of max 75 at a time.
  • Facilitate residential sales through to completion.
  • Maintain regular communication with solicitors, estate agents, and customers, providing frequent progress updates.
  • Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports on the progress of various sales.
  • Work as part of a fast-paced and proactive team.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, including estate agents and IFAs.

The Person
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Commitment to delivering high standards of service.
  • Exceptional organisation and administrative skills.
  • Attention to detail and a focus on maintaining high standards.
  • Background in conveyancing or property.
  • Knowledge of the home moving process.
  • Experience in delivering outstanding customer service.
