CDM/Construction Safety Consultant
Location: Field/Site based - Lincoln to Midlands
Full time / Permanent
Salary: £50k - £60k depending on relevant experience

Remarkable Jobs are recruiting for a talented and experienced CDM/Construction Safety Consultant on behalf of a respected consultancy that provides services within the construction sector. Our client is a thriving business dedicated to providing friendly and effective health and safety services across various sectors.
CDM/Construction Safety Consultant Key Responsibilities:
Client Management: Oversee and represent a portfolio of clients across Lincoln and the Midlands area.
Documentation: Produce and review preconstruction information and construction phase plans.
Project Meetings: Attend construction project progress and design team meetings.
Method Statements: Develop and review method statements.
Site Audits: Conduct safety audits and site inspections.
Accreditation Support: Assist clients with safety accreditation applications.
Accident Investigations: Perform thorough accident investigations.
CDM/Construction Safety Consultant Experience & Qualifications:
Required: NEBOSH National Diploma or at least a National General/Construction Certificate in Health and Safety.
Experience: Demonstrable practical experience as a construction H&S Advisor/Consultant with knowledge of construction design processes.
Regulations Knowledge: Good understanding of the 2015 CDM Regulations.
CDM/Construction Safety Consultant Skills:
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage a client portfolio independently.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
Confident, passionate, and knowledgeable in health and safety.
High levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Influential and confident in advising others internally and externally.
Must be a car driver willing and able to travel.

The role may require travel and occasional overnight stays.
