Manufacturing Operative

Major Recruitment are currently looking for experienced Manufacturing Operatives on a permanent basis for our client based in Sandtoft Doncaster.
This is a permanent opportunity.
Due to location you will require your own transport.
Rotational hours of work:
Days 5.30am - 2pm Monday to Friday
Afters 1.30pm - 10pm Monday to Friday
Nights 9.30pm - 6am Sunday to Thursday
Pay: Days/Afters £12.26ph - Nights £14.71ph
Responsibilities:
Performing manufacturing duties using cross skills flexibility (coiler operation, extruder operation, material handling).
Assisting in achieving efficiencies in production through SMART methodologies including production scrap and waste stream.
Accurate booking of finished production/scrap and non-compliant production.
Proactively assisting in ensuring company equipment and plant are maintained and in good condition reporting any faulty or damaged equipment.
Taking in deliveries of materials ensuring correct storage process to enable first I first used raw materials control.
Performing within the team to ensure high levels of attendance, conduct and compliance.
Contributing to the shift performance KPI deliverables covering safety, quality, productivity and cost.
