* Supporting the Director
* Processing expenses
* Managing day-to-day operations
* Handling confidential matters
* Attending board meetings
* Negotiating with suppliers
* Performing various ad-hoc tasks as required.
Experience and Skills Requirements
* Strong understanding of business operations and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks and manage competing deadlines.
* Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
* Flexibility to work outside of standard office hours when required.
* Proficiency in office software and tools (e.g., MS Office, Google Workspace, project management tools).
* Strong negotiation skills and experience working with suppliers or external partners.
* Ability to attend board meetings and provide effective support as needed.
* A high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
* Must have own vehicle.
