YOUR JOB TITLE MAY BE: Operations Manager, Plant Manager Engineering Manager, Shift Manager, Maintenance Manager, Foundry Manager, General Manager, Plant Manager
ROLE: Plant Manager – Operations & Maintenance – Waste Incineration
You will oversee a team of staff and manage production and maintenance
You will plan resources, outages and manage budgets
You will performance manage the staff and look to deliver the best plant performance possible in a 24/7 process
You will ensure safety, environmental and quality compliance is adhered to
EXPERIENCE: Plant Manager – Operations & Maintenance – Waste Incineration
You will have experience managing a continuous process / heavy industry operation
You will be an experienced man manager and have a proven track record of delivering an engaged workforce
If you are time served / qualified as an electrical engineer or mechanical engineer that would be an advantage, as would experience as a Senior Authorized Person on High Voltage Systems
IOSH or NEBOSH beneficial
