Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
About Us: My client is a leading Facilities Management (FM) provider, and we are looking for a dedicated and experienced Helpdesk Supervisor to join our team in Bracknell. Our company has just secured a renewed 5-year contract, ensuring stability and growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee a team of helpdesk administrators, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
Manage facilities, compliance, and subcontractors to meet contractual obligations.
Produce detailed reports and liaise with senior management to ensure transparency and accountability.
Work closely with engineers to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing client needs and concerns promptly.
Handle high-pressure situations calmly and efficiently, ensuring smooth operations.
Prioritise and manage workload effectively, ensuring all tasks are completed on time.
Employ a methodical approach to tasks, constantly seeking to improve processes and systems.
Experience with Maximo is desirable but not essential.Benefits:

Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the FM industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Methodical approach with a keen eye for detail and process improvement.
