About the Position: Are you ready to step into a rewarding role as a Helpdesk Supervisor? Well, look no further Join a leading Facilities Management (FM) provider's dynamic team in Bracknell. With a recently extended 5-year contract, this role offers stability and room for personal growth.



Location:
Bracknell

Salary:
£35,000 per annum

Contract:
Recently Renewed 5-Year Contract

Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise a team of helpdesk administrators for smooth operations.
  • Manage facilities, compliance, and subcontractors effectively.
  • Create detailed reports for transparency.
  • Collaborate with senior management to ensure accountability.
  • Coordinate with engineers for timely services.
  • Provide top-notch customer service to address client needs promptly.
  • Handle high-pressure situations calmly for operational efficiency.
  • Prioritize and manage workload to meet deadlines.
  • Implement a methodical approach to tasks for continual process improvement.
  • Experience with Maximo is beneficial.

Qualifications and Skills:
  • Prior experience in FM industry preferred.

  • Familiarity with Maximo or similar CAFM systems is a bonus.
