Please note: this is an office based position 9 - 5.30 Mon - Fri.


What You’ll Do:

  • Lead, mentor, and coach a stable team of 14 internal sales representatives and coordinators.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and track key performance indicators.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide targeted support to enhance team capabilities.
  • Tackle escalated customer inquiries, providing advanced problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for operational efficiency and enhanced customer satisfaction.
  • Foster strong relationships between the internal sales team and other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Create and analyse reports to review sales performance, and take action to drive improvements.


About You:

  • A positive, process-driven individual with a knack for improving communication channels.
  • Proven experience in customer service or sales, with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to motivate a team and drive them toward achieving business goals.
  • An analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
