Senior Account Executive

The Company & Role:nThis agency is renowned for its expertise in creative advertising within the pharma and consumer health sectors. As the successful candidate, you will engage in a variety of campaigns, developing innovative strategies for healthcare clients. This role covers a wide range of areas, including prescription medications, OTC products, medical devices, and animal health brands, ensuring a dynamic and varied experience. Projects will span film and video, print, digital, creative campaigns, workshops, and more. The agency is celebrated for its flexibility, allowing team members to focus on their individual preferences and specialties.
Responsibilities:nSupporting the Senior Account Manager or Account Director on day-to-day account operations.nUnderstand the client's business and brief.nFosters daily client relationships, identifying growth opportunities.nSupports on projects/campaigns, contributing to strategic discussions, developing timelines and budgets, and driving projects through the agency.
Requirements:nMinimum of 2 years of experience in a similar agency role with a focus on healthcare communications.nExperience in healthcare advertising, preferably with exposure to both UK and European/global campaigns.nPossesses strong communication skills and rapport-building with clients.nWorks independently, highly organised, and calm under pressure.nDemonstrates curiosity and inquisitiveness, with a passion for creativity.nExhibits commercial acumen to develop budgets and timelines.nIs a team player, collaborating effectively with planning, creative, and production.nFamiliarity with ABPI regulations.nLocated commutable to Hampshire 2 days per week (it's easily commutable from most parts of London)
