Head of Architecture and Design - Governmental Financial Services

Responsibilities:
  • Define and manage enterprise architecture vision, strategy, and roadmaps.
  • Lead and develop solution and technical architects, fostering innovation and cross-functional capabilities.
  • Champion architectural practices, build stakeholder relationships, and align decisions with enterprise architecture.
  • Advise on business, technology, and data decisions for sustainability and scalability.
  • Ensure adherence to architectural principles, policies, and standards, and oversee technology portfolio planning.

Requirements:
  • Demonstrated expertise in leading Solutions and Technology Architecture.
  • Experience in guiding complex technology design and delivery.
  • Knowledge of methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, ITIL), Web, Cloud, API, and Database architecture principles.
  • Ability to operate across tactical and strategic levels, translating vision into tangible results.
  • Industry accreditations such as TOGAF, BCS Certificate in Enterprise and Solutions Architecture, MSP, PRINCE 2, SAFe are desirable.
