As a Design Director, you will be pivotal in steering the studio's creative direction. Qualifications and Experience:

  • You should be a degree-educated architect, ideally holding RIBA Parts 1, 2, and 3 or equivalent.
  • Registration as an architect (ARB or equivalent in your country of origin) is necessary.
  • Membership in RIBA or an equivalent body is preferred.
  • Your skills should include excellent design capabilities and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills are crucial.
  • We are looking for someone with at least 10-15 years of professional experience, including a minimum of 5 years in a managerial role within a consultancy.
  • Your experience should span a variety of projects, including master planning, mixed-use urban planning, and typologies like office, hospitality, residential, cultural, and commercial sectors across international landscapes.
