The department

The property issues facing farmers and land owners are diverse and often complex, impacting on both businesses and families. The agricultural sector is burdened with ever-increasing regulations. For that reason we have a team of agricultural law specialists providing a comprehensive service. Our agricultural law solicitors advise farmers and other rural land owners on managing their business, family affairs, succession planning and other related country issues.

The role

We have an exciting opportunity for a solicitor to become part of our busy and successful Agriculture and Rural Property Team based in our Salisbury office.

The ideal candidate will have ARP or Commercial Property experience at either a city or leading regional practice.

The role will involve responsibility for managing your own caseload of files.

The successful candidate will have ideally gained some knowledge or experience in Agricultural Law including sale and purchase of farms and other rural property, renewable energy work, agricultural tenancies, equestrian properties, sporting leases and otherwise acting for farms and estates on a range of diverse property issues.

This is a fantastic role for an ambitious lawyer looking for long-term progression opportunities.
