Location: Letchworth
Salary: £26,352 per annum
Working Hours: Mon-Thurs 8am-4:30pm Fri 8am – 1pm

Free onsite parking Assembly Operative Responsibilities:
Assemble sub-assemblies and production assemblies from kits to final assembly of downlead cables and headset assemblies
Conduct work-in-progress functionality testing of cable and headset assemblies
Route wires and install electrical components according to specifications and drawings
Use hand tools and machinery for various assembly tasks, including cutting, crimping, and soldering
Participate in and/or lead corrective action and feedback teams
Interpret technical drawings and liaise with Quality and other departments
Ensure adherence to production, quality standards, and continuous improvement processes Assembly Operative Requirements:
Previous experience within a similar role (essential)
Soldering experience (essential)
Proven experience in a production environment, with both electrical and mechanical assembly skills (essential)
Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office (essential)
Electrical Engineering qualification (desirable)
