**Position: CNC Break Press Operator**

**Rate: £15.00 - £19.00 per hour DOE - Production related bonus scheme**

**Location**:Letchworth**

Proactive are currently recruiting for a skilled Break Press Operator to start work immediately in Letchworth.

This is an exciting opportunity working for a market leading manufacturing & fabrication business.
- Monday to Friday
- Start time: 7:00am, 40hr week
- Working for manufacturing, fabrication business
- Bending various components for own product range
- Perm position and room to develop additional sheet metal skills
- Training for Safan CNC control available

**Press Brake Operator requirements**:

- It is a requirement to have experience in CNC Press Brake operation
- The ability to interpret and work to Engineering drawings is required for the role of Brake Press Operator
- The ability to program at machine level
- The ability to set the machine with tooling
- Have experience with manufacturing production line
- Have experience working with thin gauge sheet metal and large assemblies
- The ability to perform routine maintenance on plant and equipment
- To be thorough and pay attention to detail
- Knowledge of manufacturing production and processes
- The ability to accept criticism and work well under pressure
- Work with materials like aluminium, steel, or stainless steel
- Experience : 5 years minimum experience preferred
