Responsibilities

The Associate Project Manager will oversee the delivery of projects, programmes, and portfolios from start to finish, including:nLeading and managing multidisciplinary teams, internal and externalnEngaging with stakeholders and maintaining strong client relationshipsnCoordinating planning consents and statutory approvalsnManaging finances, cash flow forecasts, and internal budgetingnAdministering building contracts and chairing project meetingsnVisiting sites to ensure construction quality and compliance with specificationsnPreparing regular reports for clients

Required Experience and Skills

Extensive experience in consultancy design, development, and construction project managementnThe ability to manage multiple projects and build client relationshipsnStrong communication and problem-solving skillsnProficiency in MS Office and MS Project (or equivalent scheduling software)nIdeally, a degree in a relevant field and professional accreditation or the willingness to work towards one

Additional qualifications such as MRICS, MCIOB, APMP, or PRINCE2 would be beneficial.nThe consultancy is looking for someone who can navigate complex issues with ease, demonstrate commercial awareness, and lead teams effectively.
