Our client is a well-established and customer services focused Mortgage Brokerage and they are looking for an ambitious and self-motivated individual to join their growing team.
What is on offer?
Realistic OTE of £65,000+ in your first year
Up to 85% commission splits
Quality lead source to top up business levels
Remote position, with access to their office space when needed at your discretion
Full admin support
Opportunity to grow within the company (access to shares once requirement and milestones met)
No Network, FCA, System or Software Fees
Key responsibilities for this Self-Employed Mortgage Advisor role
Provide expert mortgage advice to clients looking to purchase and/or remortgage properties
Motivated to attract new clients and business yourself
Provide exceptional client care and guide them through the application process, ensuring a stress-free experience
Stay up to date with the Mortgage market and latest trends
Ensure strict adherence to financial regulations, maintaining the highest ethical standards at all times
Skills and experience for this Self-Employed Mortgage Advisor role
To be successful in this role, you should have:
CeMAP or equivalent qualification
Minimum of 18 months’ experience as a Mortgage Advisor
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good track record of achieving and exceeding targets, ensuring clients are adequately protected
Must be within commutable distance of Maidenhead
