Gamma is a leading supplier of Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS): we provide voice, data and mobile products and services to the UK, German, Spanish and Benelux business markets.
Gamma is expanding its UCaaS presence in Europe with a family of businesses focusing on digital automation, delivering Gamma-powered services to SME customers via a network of channel partners in Germany, Spain, and the Benelux region.
Our team work fast, with a start-up type of mindset but working within a leading European business.
Who are we looking for?
We are currently seeking a
Product Owner
to join our London based team. As a pivotal member of our business change team, you will play a critical role in driving the development and implementation of innovative and transformational digital solutions to meet the evolving needs of our organisation and customers.
We ideally would like you to already be in a Product Owner role and be ready to translate business requirements into actionable product features, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality outcomes that drive business value and enhance the customer experience.
What will you be doing day-to-day?
Product Vision and Strategy: Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with the overall objectives of the digital transformation initiatives.nRequirement Gathering and Prioritisation: Work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and prioritise business problem statements, user needs, and market trends to inform product development decisions.nBacklog Management: Maintain a prioritised product backlog, ensuring that it is well-defined, estimated, and effectively communicated to the development team.nCollaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Act as the liaison between business stakeholders, architects, development teams, and other key stakeholders, fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring alignment throughout the product development lifecycle.nFeature Definition and Acceptance: Define clear and concise Epics, user stories and acceptance criteria, ensuring that deliverables meet the desired quality standards, architectural principles, and business objectives.nIteration Planning and Review: Participate in sprint planning, review meetings, and retrospectives to ensure that development efforts are aligned with the product vision and roadmap.nContinuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities for improvement, optimisation, and innovation to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.nMarket and Competitive Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation.nProduct Performance Monitoring: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of digital products, analyse performance data, and iterate on features to drive continuous improvement.
What you’ll need
Prior experience working as a Product Owner in an Agile development environment, with a deep understanding of Agile principles and practices.nDemonstrable leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams towards a common goal.nPrior experience working in large scale digital transformation landscape.nKnowledge of and experience with Salesforce technologies and eco-systems desired.nExperience in workflow management tools such as Jira and ConfluencenMonday.com experience desirable but not essential.
