Location: Marsh Road, Wembley, HA0 1ES

What you'll be doing;
Develop and maintain relationships with the local authorities and residents.
Implement Health and Safety to ensure the safety of the site operatives and the general public.
Monitor and manage the site budget to meet contract objectives.
Ensure productivity and cost control are maximised to the best of your ability.
Control vehicle usage and costs.
Ensure staff are engaged and motivated to perform efficiently.
Undertake disciplinary hearings and grievances for employees.
Support other Environment Managers to develop business continuity plans.
Undertake any other duties directed by your line manager.
Responsible for Collections PM service.
What we're looking for;
Previous experience in a similar role.
Knowledge of Transport rules and regulations.
A proven background in the management, motivation and coaching of a large workforce.
Knowledge of Health & Safety.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, together with exceptional interpersonal ability.
An understanding of cost control.
Driving Licence
