LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR
STAFFORD
Basic Salary up to £24,000
Plus monthly bonus scheme
Our client has an outstanding reputation with a very successful lettings department providing excellent customer service to their landlords, tenants and service providers They are currently looking to add a Lettings Negotiator to their very busy lettings team
Successful candidates will need a minimum of 12 months lettings experience and used to working in a fast paced challenging environment
Main duties will include;
* Booking and conducting lettings viewings alongside negotiating lets for the best outcome for landlords and tenants
* Responsible for taking on new lets conducting listing by generating information on in house system and advertising properties
* Liaising with Landlords and sending out company ‘Welcome’ packs
* Registering candidates and carrying out pre tenancy administration
* Working to checklists ensuring each letting property has fully compliant documentation ie; gas certificates, EICRs and EPCs etc
* Arranging and conducting check-ins and check-outs again working with checklists to ensure all processes remain complaint at all times
* Carrying out detailed inventories and mid term property inspections
Person specification;
* Experience within the lettings market
* Professional appearance with high levels of communication
* Delivering high levels of customer service to Landlords and Tenants
* Excellent time management skills able to prioritise tasks
* Ability to work on own initiative but also as part of a team
* Working effectively in a fast-paced environment to deadlines
* Thorough approach to all duties with a keen eye for detail
* Fully computer literate with experience of using Microsoft Office
* Full clean driving license
