NSF are currently looking for self-employed Hospitality/Restaurant Auditors to join our team in the following areas: Northern Scotland
You will play a crucial role in the mission of NSF. In this role, you will have the opportunity to travel, meet new people and learn more about many of the businesses you may frequent as a consumer. You’ll inform and educate restaurant, bar, and grocery store owners about specific standards while continuing to learn more about those industries and grow your skills.
Principle Accountabilities Include, But Are Not Limited To
Qualifications:nConduct food safety inspections/audits.nCoaching / training at client’s sitesnSummarize and evaluate inspection/audit findings.nCommunicate findings/results of inspections/audits with client site management or appropriate client representatives.nCollect food, product or environmental samples from client sites and ship samples to appropriate laboratories for testing.nDevelop effective work plans for the completion of assigned inspections/audits within a determined timeframe.nEstablish and maintain effective communication with key team members including audit delivery and client teams.nPerform other duties as requested.
Preferred QualificationsnMinimum Level 4 Health & Safety and Level 4 Food Safety qualificationnEnvironmental Health Degree or Similar would be idealnAbility to perform audits in all disciplines (Food, H&S, Fire) and/or the ability to train safety advisorsnRegistration to either CIEH or IOSH would be beneficial.nExcellent written and verbal communication skillsnFull UK Driving LicencenWillingness and ability to travelnWillingness to work some evenings and weekendsnExcellent computer skills including Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
