SALES ASSOCIATE – TOM FORD SLOANE STREET We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Associate to join our team in the women’s ready-to-wear and accessories department. This role is ideal for a passionate professional with a deep understanding of luxury fashion, handbags, shoes, jewelry, fragrances and beauty, who excels in delivering an exceptional client experience. Tasks & Responsabilities: Provide outstanding personalized service to high-net-worth clientele, ensuring a seamless and luxurious shopping experience. Demonstrate expert knowledge of women’s ready-to-wear and accessories, including fabrics, craftsmanship, and styling advice. Build and maintain long-term client relationships, anticipating their needs and offering tailored recommendations. Drive sales performance by meeting and exceeding individual and team targets. Ensure the boutique maintains the highest visual standards, assisting with merchandising and stock management. Stay up to date with brand collections, fashion trends, and competitor insights. Job Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury fashion retail, specializing in women’s apparel and accessories. Strong ability to engage with high-profile clients and build a loyal customer base. Passion for fashion, style expertise, and in-depth knowledge of luxury products. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and professional approach. Availability to work 5 days a week, including weekends and holidays as needed. Why work with us?
