Whilst previous experience is beneficial, it is not a requirement as full bespoke accredited training will be provided by our dedicated team of experienced trainers.

You will need to be a passionate, empathetic and a highly motivated individual who thrives working in a close knit team to deliver exceptional quality care to our patients. We pride ourselves on building positive professional relationships with our patients and making a true difference at their time of need. This is not just a driving job, it is about taking the patient on a journey from one setting to another with safety, care, respect, consideration and empathy to make that transition as smooth as it possibly can be. There may be times when trained techniques need to be used for the patients safety, either in a place of safety, a vehicle or other settings. The job satisfaction comes from knowing that you have played an integral part in their time of crisis.
