My client is looking for a dedicated IT Support to join their dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and collaborate with some of the brightest minds in the industry with long term career opportunities. If you're passionate about IT and delivering exceptional service, this could be the perfect role for you. This role is based out of my clients Farnborough office and opperates on a shift basis, Monday to Friday between 6am and 8.30pm and my client is offering a salary of up to £29K PLUS a bonus.

As an IT Support Agent, you will be a key player in ensuring the smooth delivery of IT services. You'll provide crucial technical support, managing day-to-day requests and incidents while helping to maintain the efficiency of the organisation's IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1st and 2nd line technical support via phone, the IT self-service portal, and in-person
  • Log, update, and manage all support requests in the IT call logging system, covering both software and hardware in the operational environment
  • Manage software licences, including ordering and distribution
  • Ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of company and customer information
  • Allocate technical issues to the relevant resolver teams, initiate escalation when necessary, and oversee incidents through to resolution

Experience Required:

  • Prior experience in an IT service desk environment
  • Proficiency with Office 365 and Microsoft Azure
  • A solid understanding of mobile telephony and smart devices
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach
