A market leading Energy and Water Consultancy based in Tyneside.
They are a growing company based in the heart of North East and work with the UK’s leading energy suppliers, helping organisations to reduce their utility costs and reduce their environmental impact. Founded in 2019, in five years they have grown from a team of two founders to over 120 employees.
The role is based in just south of Newcastle, covering their standard working hours of Monday to Thursday: 8:30am-5:00pm, and Friday: 9:00am-3:00pm with no evenings, no weekends, and an early finish every Friday.
The Opportunity:
For this Energy Sales Consultant position, this an exciting opening for an experienced Energy Consultant/Lead Generator to join their established team.
Some of the key responsibilities for this successful person would be but no limited to:
* Speaking with potential clients and explaining the benefits of using services and solutions
* Determining the customer’s current purchasing strategy and find ways to improve it.
* Once you’ve generated the lead, you will work effectively to their Energy suppliers to negotiate the best procurement contract for clients
* Manage client relationships and act as their point of contact, managing their accounts and monitoring their pipeline for renewal or further business opportunities
* Able to comply with relevant policies & procedures
The Candidate
The successful Energy Sales Consultant will be/have:
* B2B Energy Sales Experience
* Confident and professional telephone manner
* Ability to hit and exceed targets
* Naturally, given your experience in a similar role, you will be confident, tenacious and resilient. Most importantly, you’ll be ambitious and motivated by success.
* Ability to manage your own workload and pipeline
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, self-directed, professional environment
* Driven character, enthusiastic and passionate
