Are you ready to lead a key client account at a collaborative, employee-owned agency? Our Client, a relationship-driven marketing and media agency, is seeking an experienced Account Director to take ownership of their main fashion and retail client account. This is a senior role offering the chance to shape strategy, drive growth, and lead a talented account management team within a supportive and collaborative environment. The Role As Account Director, you will be the senior client partner, leading the strategic direction and performance of one major account while ensuring all work meets commercial, strategic, and performance objectives. You’ll oversee Social, Search, and Programmatic campaigns , with a strong understanding of platform strategy (hands-on implementation is not required). Key responsibilities include Driving Account Strategy – Lead the account’s overall direction, delivering high-performing campaigns and business growth. Media Planning Expertise – Guide Social, Search, and Programmatic activity with a deep understanding of platform capabilities. Client Relationship Management – Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted strategic partner. Team Leadership – Manage and mentor account management colleagues, fostering development and high performance. Financial Oversight – Approve invoicing, forecasting, and reporting, ensuring accuracy and commercial governance. Who We’re Looking For Strong Account Director experience, ideally within fashion or retail. Expert understanding of Social, Search, and Programmatic platforms and how they drive business objectives. Proven ability to lead teams and develop talent within a collaborative environment. Relationship-driven with excellent client management skills.
