Key Responsibilities:nContent Creation:

As the Communications Content Manager, you'll be responsible for producing high-quality written content across multiple platforms. This means crafting articles, press releases, blog posts and other materials.nStrategic Communication:

You'll work closely with internal stakeholders to understand key messages (Business, Tech, ESG etc) and develop strategies for effectively communicating them through written content.nMulti-Platform Adaptability:

Your written work should seamlessly transition across various platforms, maintaining consistency in tone, style, and messaging.nBrand Voice Maintenance:

Upholding the organisation's brand voice and values in all written communications is crucial.nCollaboration and Coordination:

Collaboration is key in this role. You'll liaise with cross-functional teams, including marketing, PR, and executive leadership, to gather insights and ensure alignment on communication strategies and initiatives.nContinuous Improvement:

Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in corporate communications.

Key Experience:nSeveral years of relevant professional experience in corporate communications, content creation, or journalism.nExceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a keen eye for detail.nDemonstrated ability to adapt writing style to different audiences and platforms.nStrong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.nProficiency in content management systems, social media platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.nStrategic mindset with the capacity to think creatively and analytically.nExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organisation.nPreferred degree in Communications, Journalism, English, or related field.

This is a maternity cover contract with three days per week in the central London office. The successful candidate should have a maximum of a one-month notice and be available to start a new role from July.
