Marketing Content Manager

Buildots is an innovative construction tech start-up established in Israel in August 2018 with the aim of creating the equivalent of a mission control room for construction sites.
Bringing together AI and wearable hardware, Buildots technology creates seamless construction process visibility and fully digitized construction workflows with the aim of optimizing processes, minimizing delays, and avoiding budget overruns.
About the role:
The Content Marketing Lead will lead Buildots’ content strategy and its execution, developing high value content that resonates with our target audience.
This role demands a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, analytical mindset and leadership to drive content initiatives that enhance brand awareness, audience engagement, and contribute to our growth objectives.
This role will involve:
A Player-Coach approach to content creation: combining hands-on content creation with coordinating content creation across a pool of in-house writers, domain experts and freelance contributors and influencers.nDeveloping and effectively executing a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with the company's goals, including land & expand initiatives.nEstablishing and maintaining the content editorial calendar, ensuring a consistent flow of high-quality, valuable content.nDeveloping a wide variety of content types, including long-form thought leadership content & whitepapers, blog posts, emails, video scripts, and social media content, among many others.nA versatile writing style that can adapt to support both data-driven long form content (such as studies, reports and whitepapers), as well as social-first content and micro copy.nGeeking out on number crunching for data driven contentnOwning & optimising organic content across organic social as well as SEO.nCollaborating with the product, marketing, and sales teams to produce relevant content that meets the needs of our audience and supports product launches and promotional campaigns.nAnalyzing content performance metrics and user insights to optimize strategies for increased engagement and conversion rates.nStaying up to date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and content marketing best practices to continuously improve content effectiveness.nEnsuring all content reflects the company's brand voice, style, and messaging consistently.
Qualifications:
Masters’ degree in Journalism, Marketing, Communications or a related field.n5+ years of experience in content creation, strategy, and management, preferably in the SaaS or construction technology sector.nProven track record of developing and executing successful content strategies that have led to measurable business results.nStrong leadership skills, with experience managing a team of content creators.nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling stories that engage and convert.nDeep understanding of SEO, content marketing, and digital marketing strategies.nAbility to work cross-functionally and collaborate with teams across the organization.nCreative thinker with strong analytical abilities to measure performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
