JGA are partnered with a leading business that are seeking a Payroll and Benefits Advisor from a professional services background.
  
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the monthly UK payroll, ensuring accuracy, and oversee payroll for employees in Dubai.
Support the payroll assistant in processing UK payroll tasks from start to finish, ensuring adherence to timelines and controls.
Administer UK employee benefits, including auto-enrolment, pensions, flexible benefits, and end-process reporting for benefits providers.
Assist the Senior Reward Manager in overseeing global benefits, instructing brokers on market reviews.
Maintain strong relationships with benefits and pension providers, offering high-quality service to UK employees and partners on payroll, benefits, and pension queries. Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role, including handling UK and EMEA benefits.
Proven track record in identifying and implementing process and service improvements.
Skilled in using Excel to manipulate and analyse complex data.
Knowledge and experience with Workday; background in a mainstream HR role is desirable.
