Key Responsibilities:
Monitoring and supervising NEC4 contracts within the Capital Delivery Service
Ensuring project progress and cost reporting is consistent and efficient
Collaborating with project managers, engineers, and surveyors to ensure project objectives are met
Maintaining strong relationships with framework contractors and consultant partners
Facilitating a collaborative approach to scheme delivery
Reviewing and approving project documentation and reports
Providing regular updates and feedback to the Head of Capital Delivery and the Active Travel Programme Manager
Ensuring compliance with NEC4 contract standards and guidelines
Job Requirements:
Experience in supervising NEC4 contracts within the HTP sector
Strong knowledge of NEC contract principles and processes
Understanding of highway project delivery and management
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to work effectively within a matrix environment
Proven ability to report on project progress and costs accurately
Strong organisational and project management skills
