HW Interim Solutions are partnering with a large complex organisation engage an Interim Strategy Manager for an initial 6-month assignment, supporting the development and delivery of the company’s 5-year strategic plan. This role will work closely with the executive team and Head of Strategy, helping to shape long-term strategic priorities and translate them into clear, actionable plans. Key Responsibilities: Partner with senior leaders to support the development and execution of the 5-year corporate strategy. Lead discrete strategy workstreams, including market and competitive assessments, growth initiatives, and commercial deep-dives. Build and own robust business cases, financial models and strategic options to support decision-making. Analyse financial, customer and operational data to identify risks, opportunities and value-creation levers. Translate insight into clear, pragmatic recommendations that support growth, efficiency and transformation. Experience Required: Early-career background in top-tier strategy consulting. Experience operating within, or closely alongside, a Private Equity-backed or investor-led environment. Proven experience delivering strategy, commercial and transformation projects, ideally within retail, consumer or digitally led businesses. Strong analytical capability, with confidence building financial models and strategic business cases. Excellent stakeholder management skills, able to influence senior leaders in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
