Position Overview:nThey're seeking a talented and passionate Software Engineer to join our start-up team. As a pivotal member of their development team, you'll play a crucial role in building and scaling their fintech platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Kotlin, Groovy, Spring Boot, Elastic Stack (ELK), RabbitMQ, Kubernetes, and Java.

Responsibilities:nCollaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy scalable software solutions.nWrite clean, efficient, and maintainable code using Kotlin, Groovy, Java, and other relevant languages.nDevelop microservices architecture using Spring Boot and deploy applications on Kubernetes clusters.nImplement logging, monitoring, and analytics solutions using Elastic Stack (ELK) to ensure system reliability and performance.nIntegrate messaging systems like RabbitMQ for asynchronous communication between microservices.nConduct code reviews, write unit tests, and ensure high code quality standards are met.nIdentify and troubleshoot technical issues in production environments and provide timely resolutions.

Requirements:nBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.nProven experience as a Software Engineer, preferably in a start-up environment or fintech industry.nProficiency in Kotlin, Groovy, Java, and Spring Boot.nExperience with containerization and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes.nFamiliarity with messaging systems like RabbitMQ.nStrong understanding of Elastic Stack (ELK) for logging, monitoring, and analytics.nExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.nAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative start-up environment.

Preferred Qualifications:nPrevious experience with financial systems or applications.nKnowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.nFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern software development practices.nEntrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and disruption.
