The Company:
An exciting opportunity for a Senior Project Manager to join a well-established Main Contractor in the Kent area. As a Main UK contractor my client has a diversified workload across different sectors such as Industrial, Commercial, Retail & more. Boasting a strong reputation for providing whole-life solutions, high standards of project delivery, and an ability to innovate.
My client enjoys a c£110 million turnover with their projects ranging up to £20 Million covering a range of sectors including Industrial, Logistics, Commercial, Retail & more.
The ideal candidate will be a Senior Project Manager and will join the Building Division. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established Main Contractor doing New Build Industrial Units with a Contract Valued at £13 Million and have an extremely healthy pipeline of future projects.
About The Role:
As Senior Project Manager you will work closely with the Surveyors and Site Managers and take responsibility for the overall delivery of the project to budget, quality and time scales.
Key Responsibilities include:
• Full operational responsible for the project
• Conducting regular client meetings updating on progress
• Management of all site team including sub-contractors
• Working with Surveyors to ensure project is in line with budgets
• Ensuring Health and Safety is adhered to
• Be proactive with a positive can-do attitude
About You:
• Experience of managing a commercial build project as a Senior Project Manager
• Experience working for a Main Contractor on schemes valued £5 Million +
• Experience in the Industrial Sector is essential
• Experience in new build & refurbishment
• Experience of speaking to clients at multiple levels
• Experience of managing sub-contractors effectively
• SMSTS and First Aid
• CSCS card
