Leading London Real Estate Law Firm Seeks Real Estate Development Partner with Data Centre ExpertisenDo you have a proven track record in real estate development and a deep understanding of the data centre market?nOr client is a preeminent real estate law firm in London, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Development Partner to join their growing team.nAbout the Role:nIn this exciting role, you will play a pivotal role in advising clients on all aspects of data centre development projects, from site selection and planning to construction and leasing. You will leverage your expertise to:nManage a diverse portfolio of data centre development projectsnAdvise clients on complex legal and regulatory issues related to data centre development, including planning, construction, and zoningnNegotiate and structure development agreements, joint ventures, and other real estate transactionsnBuild strong relationships with key stakeholders, including developers, investors, and data centre operatorsnLead and mentor a team of associates and paralegalsnYou are a perfect fit if you have:nMinimum 10 years of experience in real estate development law, with a strong focus on data centresnIn-depth knowledge of the UK planning regime and relevant data centre regulationsnProven experience in negotiating and structuring complex real estate transactionsnExcellent client relationship management skillsnOutstanding communication, written and oral, with the ability to explain complex legal issues in a clear and concise mannernA strong entrepreneurial spirit and a desire to build a successful practice
