Position Overview:nWe are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to join as a Director/Partner in the Transaction Services team, with a specialised focus on the real estate market. This is a senior leadership role responsible for building and growing the real estate practice along with driving business development, and providing strategic advisory services to clients.
Key Responsibilities:nTeam Leadership and Development:nLead, mentor, and grow a high-performing transaction services team.nFoster a collaborative and inclusive team culture.nProvide ongoing training and development opportunities to team membersnBusiness Development:nDevelop and implement a strategic business plan to expand the transaction services division.nIdentify and pursue new business opportunities in the real estate market.nBuild and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.nClient Advisory:nProvide expert advisory services on complex real estate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, disposals, and refinancing.nOversee due diligence processes, financial analysis, and valuation of real estate assets.nEnsure the delivery of high-quality, client-focused solutions.nMarket Expertise:nStay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and regulatory changes affecting the real estate sector.nShare insights and thought leadership on real estate market trends and best practices with clients and the internal team.nStrategic Planning:nDevelop and execute growth strategies for the transaction services division.nCollaborate with other senior leaders to align the division’s goals with the overall business objectives.nMonitor and report on the performance of the transaction services team.nFinancial Management:nManage the practice’s budget and financial performance.nEnsure the profitability and sustainability of the transaction services division.nOversee pricing strategies and contract negotiations with clients.
Qualifications:nExtensive experience in transaction services, with a significant focus on the real estate market.nProven track record of leading and growing a successful transaction services team.nExtensive experience in advising on complex real estate transactions.nStrong business development and client relationship management skills.nExcellent financial acumen and analytical skills.nAdvanced degree in finance, business, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., ACA, CFA) are highly desirable.nExceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
