About the Role:  
As a Portfolio Sales Executive, you will be at the forefront of our growth strategy. Your mission will be to expand our service portfolio by nurturing existing relationships and forging new ones. You'll be responsible for securing maintenance contracts, converting warranty contracts, and identifying new opportunities in the market.
Key Responsibilities of the successful Sales executive:
Build and Nurture Relationships
Expand Customer Base
Secure and Manage Contracts: Consistently secure maintenance contracts, manage incoming enquiries, and ensure all warranty contracts are converted before expiry.
Market Insight: Stay informed about market and client developments
Prepare and Review Documents
Deliver Presentations: Create and deliver compelling presentations to clients about our service offerings and unique selling points.
Support the Repair Team:Provide guidance on opportunities for additional chargeable works.
What We're Looking For in the successful Sales Executive: 
Essential Skills and Experience:
-Technical Proficiency: Intermediate skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Contract Knowledge: Understanding of standard forms of contracts and business analysis skills.
Communication Skills:Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to handle difficult situations amicably.
Self-Motivation: A self-starter with a positive outlook, able to work independently and as part of a team.
Desirable Experience:
Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within the lift industry.
Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications Required for successful Sales Executive:
Demonstrable achievement of either 5 GCSE grades A-C or equivalent experience.
NVQ Level 3 or above in Lift Maintenance and Repair is a plus.
