About the Role:nPepco Group is seeking a dynamic Finance and Systems Manager to oversee our Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close System (FCCS). This role is crucial in ensuring the integrity of our financial reporting and FP&A teams. As part of the Group Finance team, you will collaborate closely with various departments to streamline reporting, optimize our financial systems, and ensure P&L, Balance sheets and Cashflow reports all align.

Your Impact and Responsibilities:

Data Integrity:

Maintain the accuracy of financial and non-financial data in FCCS.nInternal Reporting & External reporting:

Partner with the FP&A team and Financial Reporting team to support internal management reporting, including month-end budgets, forecasts, half-yearly and annual report and long-term planning.nInvestor Relations:

Assist in preparing investor-related releases and presentations, including quarterly trade releases and earnings presentations.nSystem Administration:

Manage FCCS administration and its integration with other systems such as Oracle Fusion ERP and Oracle Planning/EBPCS.nValidation:

Validate subsidiary submissions and reporting outputs, ensuring consistency and accuracy.nProcess Optimization:

Work with the Systems Administrator to address system performance issues and optimize existing processes.nUser Training:

Conduct FCCS training sessions and manage user access and security.nGeneral Support:

Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and support as needed.

Skills and Knowledge Required:

Qualifications:

Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA).nSystems Knowledge:

Experience with EPM and/or ERP systems, preferably Oracle FCCS/EPM/Hyperion and/or Oracle Fusion.nFinancial Acumen:

Strong understanding of Profit and Loss, Cash-flow, and Balance Sheet relationships.nTechnical Skills:

Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.nExperience:

At least 5 years in financial systems management, with a track record in process design and re-engineering.nCommunication:

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.nCustomer Focus:

Strong customer service orientation with experience in end-user support.nChange Management:

Ability to embrace and drive change, with a focus on process optimization and technology integration.nPressure Handling:

Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
