Role Summary

We are delighted to be working with a private equity firm that are in need of an experienced Finance Systems Analyst to support our finance team, ensuring the efficient operation of there financial systems.

Responsibilities

Provide first-line support for the Fund Controlling team using Investran: system integrity, data manipulation, new modules, issue resolution, report generation, and process improvement.nCollaborate with stakeholders to understand operations: users, data, processes, outputs, issues, and future needs.nTest and implement new functionalities.nWork with third-party software providers.nSupport new system integration initiatives.nAssist with reporting via Query Manager, Report Manager, Crystal, and SSRS.nMaintain and optimize various finance applications (e.g., Investran, ERP (Unit 4), Concur, Portfolio Management software).nHandle data entry, account reconciliations, and other financial processes.nCreate user documentation and training materials.

Essential Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (or actively pursuing).nKnowledge of Private Equity/Investment Management.nExperience in application troubleshooting.nAdvanced Excel skills.nUnderstanding of accounting policies, standards, and data management principles.nProficiency in SQL, SSRS, Tableau, PowerBI, and other DBMS/reporting tools.
