I have partnered with one of the fastest-growing Food FMCG companies, who own some of the most well-known brands in the category.


They have a strong portfolio of brands within their product range/category and are looking for a Procurement/NPD-focused candidate to join their brand.


The ideal candidate would have a strong background within both NPD and Procurement within an FMCG industry.


Key Responsibilities:


This role will work closely with Supply Chain, Demand Planning, NPD, Sales as well as Marketing to help improve the business with innovation, planning, sourcing and deadlines.


  • Sourcing ingredients for the innovation team and management of costs for the NPD team.
  • Aid with Critical Path Management.
  • Coordinate multiple cross-functional projects, ensuring deadlines are met across all the teams.
  • Negotiate terms for newly developed products and suppliers.
  • Manage the product launch process following the completion of development, ensuring purchase order placement, demand planning forecasts and retailer range reviews.


Requirements:

  • Experience in successfully managing cross-functional processes/projects within an FMCG organisation
  • Expertise within both Procurement and NPD or equivalent Supply Chain experience
  • Sourcing and Incoterms knowledge would be beneficial
  • Strong collaborative influencing skills


Salary Circa £60K + bonus

Hybrid working 3 days in the office
