Procurement Manager Opportunity

An exciting chance to lead the non-food procurement team at a leading food services and restaurant business in central London.

About the Role

As a Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with global suppliers, working cross-functionally with internal stakeholders, and leading negotiations on a quarterly and annual basis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to drive cost savings and improve supplier relationships.
  • Work closely with operations, finance, marketing, and NPD teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Lead negotiations with suppliers to secure the best possible deals.
  • Stay at the forefront of innovation and sustainability-based procurement projects.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of procurement experience in a hospitality or retail environment.
  • Proven track record of making savings and developing relationships with suppliers.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Passionate about the hospitality industry.
