Experience required…

Essential:nUK experience within a public, private or third sector such as a consultant, contractor, Local Authority or Client organisation.nExperience on Highway/Infrastructure projects.nExperience working in client facing environment and ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders to deliver positive outcomes.nA successful track record of delivering infrastructure projects using the NEC 3 or 4 contract including control of the commercial, budget and finances.nValid NEC 3 or 4 qualifications.nExperience of people management and working in diverse multi-disciplined teams.nExcellent verbal and written communications skills.nAn ability to ‘see the bigger picture’ and understand the consequences of decisions.nFlexible, agile, and adaptable self-starter, with a positive attitude, who can take the initiative.

Desirable:nA full UK driving licencenAPM/PMP or PRINCE 2 PractitionernDegree qualified in an engineering or other relevant subject.
