**Your Role:**
As a Sales Support Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in our sales team, providing essential support to ensure the seamless execution of solar panel projects. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting the sales team with customer inquiries, quotations, and proposals.
- Collaborating with clients to understand their specific needs and requirements.
- Coordinating with internal teams to facilitate project logistics and timelines.
- Providing ongoing support to clients throughout the sales process, from initial contact to post-installation.
**What We're Looking For:**
- **Experience in Renewable Energy:** A background in renewable energy, particularly solar panels, is essential for this role. Previous experience in sales support within the solar energy industry is highly preferred.
- **Sales Support Expertise:** Proven experience in a sales support or customer service role, with a track record of providing exceptional support to both internal teams and external clients.
