Kidd Aitken Legal Marketing is the largest legal marketing consultancy, specialising in legal directory submissions. Our goal is to make legal directory submissions less burdensome and time-consuming for law firms. We have a team of former editors and researchers from Chambers, Legal 500, and other major legal directories, who operate across all time zones. Our founders are both former editors of Chambers & Partners and are individually ranked in the top 3 legal directory consultants in the world. We have worked with over 200 law firms to date, delivering both first-time and improved rankings for firms of all sizes and sectors in all major directories.

We have openings for both Consultants and Coordinators to join our team in full-time, remote roles.

Consultant roles - You will be responsible for managing the entire process of legal directory submissions, drafting submissions, managing deadlines and crucially offering market leading insight and advice to our clients. We are looking for self-disciplined individuals to join our eclectic team of specialists who have a flair for the written word, a sharp eye for detail and confidence in their knowledge of the field. Experience of working for or with legal directories submissions is essential for this role.

Coordinator roles - You will be part of a team that brings all our work together to provide an added service for our clients. Acting as an administrative liaison between clients and the directories, your organisation skills and ability to work at pace in an external facing role is essential.nWe are looking for people who are fastidious in the way they approach structuring and organising large amounts of changing information and get a kick out of staying on top of the detail to best service our clients. Legal directories experience is not essential for this role, your attitude and skills in managing information are more important.

QualificationsnExperience working with legal directoriesnExtensive knowledge of law and legal issuesnExperience in Legal Consulting and Legal Document PreparationnExcellent written and verbal communication skillsnStrong analytical skills and attention to detailnAbility to manage multiple projects and meet deadlinesnProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant toolsnBachelor's degree in Law, Marketing or a related field
