Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging, hands-on mechanical training to students with a variety of learning needs.
Develop and adapt lesson plans to suit individual student abilities and learning styles.
Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback.
Collaborate with other staff members to integrate vocational training with the overall curriculum.Requirements:
Proven experience in mechanics, with relevant qualifications or certifications.
Experience working within an SEN environment is highly desirable.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
