Salary: £50.000+joining bonus
Brook Street Social Care is recruiting on behalf of a client specialised in supporting children and young people in their every-day activities to create them the opportunity to enjoy life from a young age regardless the challenges they have experienced previously.
The organisation is due to open a brand new Residential Home for Children in Salisbury and they are seeking for a Registered Manager to head up the new home.
About the role:
Oversee daily staff deployment and operations
Participate in staff recruitment, monitoring, training, retention, and mentoring processes
Promote personal and professional growth through appropriate task delegation
Manage overall operations effectively
Develop and maintain a comprehensive training plan, including induction, in compliance with the Care Standards Act
Manage the environment in compliance with Health and Safety requirements, ensuring proper monitoring and documentation
Safeguard children and young people's health, welfare, and development both within and outside the home
Foster positive relationships with families, social workers, educators, and other professionals involved in the children's care
About you:
You must have knowledge about company policies, Children's Homes Regulations 2015 and Quality Standards
You must be flexible and participate in the on-call system
You must have experience with Ofsted
