To support the continued expansion and to elevate packaging capabilities, we’re looking for a Packaging Engineer to join the dynamic team. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role where you’ll play a key part in the development, validation, and continuous improvement of packaging solutions across the region. What You’ll Be Doing: Collaborating with co-packers, bottlers, and cross-functional team to ensure packaging meets technical and compliance standards Leading packaging trials and validation across primary, secondary, and tertiary formats (e.g., cans, trays, shrink films, pallet wraps) Developing, maintaining, and validating packaging specifications and documentation Managing packaging data systems including component weights and palletisation details (SAP/Evolve) Supporting packaging supplier and co-packer audits Driving sustainability and value engineering initiatives across the packaging supply chain Troubleshooting packaging complaints and identifying performance improvements at co-packer sites What You’ll Bring: Minimum 4 years experience in packaging technology, ideally within the beverage industry Knowledge of packaging validation, specification management, and sustainability practices A natural problem solver, able to understand how components should work together Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills Experience working in cross-functional and collaborative environments Solid organisational skills and the ability to work independently Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Outlook) Email: We look forward to your application for this exciting opportunity.
